Our Board

The Mud In My Cleats Board of Directors believes in unlocking futures by empowering high school seniors with athletic and academic scholarships!
 
Since the beginning in 2010 our organization became dedicated to paving the way for student success. We offer a unique opportunity for high school seniors to pursue their athletic dreams while securing funds for their educational journey.
 
With Mud In My Cleats scholarships, we aim to support talented individuals in reaching their full potential both on and off the field.

Considered an expert in the nonprofit industry, Grace Anne Alfiero, the Founder and CEO of Arts In Action has more than 25 years of advocacy and leadership work in the field of health and human services, support for persons with disabilities, marginalized populations, and the cultural arts industry. She is a seasoned and published writer and photographer. Grace has served on the MIMC board since 2013.

Grace Anne Alfiero, MFA

Graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors in Sport and Recreation Management in 2021. iGaming Quality Assurance Supervisor at Parx Casino since 2021. Morgan has served on the Mud In My Cleats (MIMC) board since 2021.

Morgan Bennyhoff

Marc is a graduate of Temple University in Business. After graduation, Mark became an investor in the Philadelphia area. Currently Marc serves on the Bensalem School Board and the Education Foundation. Marc holds the Treasurer position at MIMC and has served on the board since 2013.

Marc Cohen

Founder and Chairperson of the MIMC Board of Directors, Ronald (Ron) W. Davis has experienced a stellar career as a senior executive in several important marketing, administrative and financial positions. Mr. Davis has also distinguished himself as a former professional athlete in the National Football League.

Robert William Grupp is a former American football punter who played for three seasons in the National Football League with the Kansas City Chiefs from 1979 through 1981. Grupp had an average of 40.9 yards per punt. He was selected to play in the Pro Bowl during his rookie year.

Prior to his career in professional football, Grupp was a star quarterback at Neshaminy High School in Langhorne, PA. He also punted and was an all-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) cornerback at Duke University (class of 1977) where he also lettered as an outfielder on the baseball team during his junior and senior years. He was MVP of the 1977 Duke baseball team. Robert is now a Registered Representative at Signator Investors, Inc.

Robert Grupp

Brad Quast was an all-conference football player for the University of Iowa from 1986 to 1989. He is a member of the University of Iowa’s all-time football team. Quast was the New York Jet’s tenth round pick in 1990. He played two seasons with Barcelona in the World League before signing a two-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Brad is now the CEO of TechForce USA, helping auto repair shops, dealerships, and franchises quickly hire automotive technicians by utilizing a combination of cutting-edge online strategies and good old-fashioned hard work.

Joe Wilson is a 1973 Holy Cross College graduate with an economics and accounting degree. Joe was a first-year ballot inductee into the Holy Cross College Athletic Hall of Fame. After three years in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals and the New England Patriots, he held positions with the Massachusetts Department of Economic Development and at Lucas, Tucker Accounting Firm. Eventually, Joe retired after 30 years from General Motors as a Northeast Area Sales and Service Manager. Now Joe devotes his time to enriching the lives of family and community.

MIMC provides educational and informational support to athletes so they can stay on top of trending issues directly related to their sport, such as the concussion and head injury developments for former NFL players.
